Dr. Xin Deng (Senior Research Associate).  Xin's is conducting studies to determine the impacts of wastewater on fish development and reproduction.

Adam Behney (MS Wildlife).  Adam's thesis is an assessment of human altered landscapes as influential factors on avian predation of lesser prairie-chickens.

Advisor: Dr. Clint Boal.













Blake Grisham (PhD Wildlife).  Blake's dissertation addresses the reproductive ecology and survival of lesser prairie-chickens in west Texas.

Matt Meyer (back, MS Biology).  Matt's thesis research aims to develop a zebrafish embryo bioassay to moniror the quality of surface waters, especially the toxicity of harmful algal blooms.

Advisor: Dr. Reynaldo Patiño.

















Tony Roberts (MS Wildlife). Tony's thesis is a study of avian community responses to large-scale wildfires in the Texas Panhandle. 

Advisor: Dr. Clint Boal.

















Evonne Schroeder (MS Wildlife). Evonne's thesis is a study of avian productivity and survivorship on the Welder Wildlife Refuge. 

Advisor: Dr. Clint Boal.

















Prakash Sharma (PhD Biology). Prakash's dissertation research will focus on the developmental endocrinology of zebrafish. 

Advisor: Dr. Reynaldo
Patiño.

















Brad Strobel (PhD Wildlife). Brad's dissertation research addresses the sex and season specific habitat use of Red-shouldered Hawks. 

Advisor: Dr. Clint Boal.






















Leticia Torres (PhD Biology). Leticia's dissertation research concerns the effects on fish development and reproduction of flame retardant residues present in the aquatic environment.
